BEDGEAR wants you to have 100% of the comfort and support you need to get a great night’s sleep so you can Wake Ready each day with our Performance® bedding products.


Because BEDGEAR is more than 10 years old, we are not a digital mattress startup that oversells on freebies. Instead, we focus on developing the most innovative products at the highest quality. Our dollars are solely spent on product development, not on advertising campaigns and unnecessary freight costs.


BEDGEAR provides easy online tools and engaging in-store experiences to ensure shoppers find their personalized fit of cool-to-the-touch and moisture-wicking mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, blankets, kids and baby bedding, and pet beds. Please use these resources or chat with a WOW customer service team member to make the best personal choice for you and eliminate waste.


There are costs to shipping and creating jobs as well as putting items in a landfill. We all know the saying: Nothing in life is free. But with BEDGEAR, you will always be able to buy our products at the best price because you are not paying for anyone else’s returns!


We understand there are times our product may not be right for you. Unfortunately, it can’t be used by others as well. We will do our best to help you find a donation center, which may charge a pickup fee, or we will pass on the fee required of landfill or recycling centers.

Mattresses:

Our warranties apply to products purchased directly via our web site www.bedgear.com.au . Individual retailers of our products may have slightly different policies. Please check directly with your retailer if you purchased from them. Purchasing a Performance mattress on www.bedgear.com.au qualifies you to be covered by our Personal Fit Promise™. Designed to fit for you, if not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. If you have purchased a mattress and are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your mattress within 30 days from your original date of delivery. Please allow at least 21 days to adjust to the new mattress.
Only unopened mattresses can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.


M3 Launchpad:

If you have purchased an M3 Launchpad mattress directly from www.bedgear.com.au and are not completely satisfied, we will exchange the Independent Suspension on one side of the mattress within 30 days from your original date of delivery.



Only unopened M3 Launchpad mattresses can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.


Kids Mattresses:

Only unopened kids mattresses can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.


Crib Mattresses:

Only unopened crib mattresses can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.



Pillows:

Purchasing a Performance pillow qualifies you to be covered by our Personal Fit Promise. Designed to fit for you, if not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. If you have purchased a Performance pillow directly from www.bedgear.com.au and are not completely satisfied, you may return and exchange your pillow, for a different height or model, within 30 days from your original date of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Since replacement pillows cannot be reused, get fit for the right pillow by taking our PillowID® quiz. Or, please contact our BEDGEAR WOW Team to be re-fit for a new pillow.


Only unopened pillows can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.


Mattress Protectors, Sheets and Blankets:

Only unopened mattress protectors, sheets and blankets can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.


Pet Beds:

Only unopened pet beds can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.


These policies apply only to purchases made via the www.bedgear.com.au website. For orders delivered outside of Australia, the customer shall be responsible for shipping charges related to the return of any product.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations

Orders placed on WWW.BEDGEAR.COM.AU must be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders that are not cancelled within 24 hours and/or that have already shipped are unable to be cancelled and must be returned at the customers’ expense.

What are the pillows made of?
All of our pillows are filled to unique specifications to provide maximum performance and comfort. See the product page of the specific pillows you are interested in for complete details.
Can I use regular pillow cases or protectors on my BEDGEAR pillow?
Most pillow protectors and pillowcases do not have the same stretch and functionality as our products and will trap heat in your pillow, limiting the benefits of our technologies. We recommend our Dri-Tec® 5.0 Pillow Protectors as they are designed to protect your pillow and work with the technology incorporated into all our BEDGEAR Performance® pillows.
What is PERFORMANCE® bedding?

BEDGEAR pioneered the launch of PERFORMANCE® bedding in 2009. Our Performance products are engineered to provide you with your personalized fit of sleep products, while enhancing air flow, wicking away moisture and dissipating heat to keep you cool and dry while you sleep – so you can achieve more, in pursuit of everything you love to do, each day!

How do I care for my BEDGEAR Product?

Pillow Care:

Almost all pillows are spot clean only. Your pillow should not be washed as it will not easily return to its original state after washing due to the stress placed upon it from the washing machine agitator. It is difficult to ensure a washed pillow is ever thoroughly dry at the core. Wet areas, as with any product, can become harbors for mold and mildew formation.

If there is a stained or soiled area on the pillow, cleaning can be attempted as follows: With a clean damp cloth and a mild detergent, clean the area as much as possible. Rinse if desired with another damp cloth, with water only. Allow to air dry. We also recommend a Tide stick for deep spot cleaning.

Some exceptions to spot clean only may include:

The Solar Series, Gemini Series, Pulse Series, and the new and improved Storm, Balance and Level Series, which were launched in May 2019, feature a removable, washable cover. The removable covers can be machine washed on cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. The inner pillows are spot clean only.

Do not: bleach, iron, dry clean or use fabric softener.

Remove the top insert to clean the surface of the pillow without getting the inner cushion wet with pillow series: Circadian, Galaxy, Aspire, and Impulse.

Mattress Care:

Spot clean only. If there is a stained or soiled area, cleaning can be attempted as follows:

Clean the area as much as possible using a clean damp cloth and a mild detergent. Rinse if desired with another water-dampened cloth only. Allow to air dry.

Mattress Protector Care:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Reposition during drying for even drying and always allow for free movement in both washer and dryer. 
Do not: iron, bleach (non-chlorine bleach only when needed), dry clean or use fabric softener.

Sheet Sets and Pillowcase Care:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent only. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly for best results or air dry. 
Do not: iron, dry clean, use fabric softener or bleach (non-chlorine bleach only, when needed).

Mattress Topper Care:

Mattress Toppers are spot clean only. Clean the area as much as possible using a clean damp cloth and a mild detergent. Rinse if desired with another water-dampened cloth only. Allow the topper to air dry.

Ped Bed Care:

Remove outer cushion cover. Machine wash the cover separately on cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat. 
Do not: iron, dry clean, use fabric softener or bleach (use non-chlorine bleach only when needed).

Back Rests:

Spot clean only. Clean the area as much as possible using a clean damp cloth and a mild detergent. Rinse if desired with another water-dampened damp cloth only. Allow to air dry.

How do I choose the best pillow for me?

Our Performance® Pillows are designed to fit your personal body type, sleep position, and sleep concerns. Please use our interactive Pillow ID product selector or contact us to assist in finding you the pillow that’s the best fit for you.

How long should I wait before changing my pillows? How long do pillows last?
The lifetime of a pillow depends on how often and how long you use it (ex. Number of hours per night, number of nights per week). For optimal performance, we recommend changing your pillows every 12-18 months. If there is any change in your lifestyle, you may need to change your pillows to provide the right level of support and comfort for your body.
What is the thread count of BEDGEAR sheets?

Thread count is a traditional means of measuring sheeting and generally applies to cotton products only. At BEDGEAR, we understand that thread count can be adapted, especially with cotton blends, so that it no longer purely represents quality – and it certainly doesn’t help you sleep better! Performance® sheets wick away moisture and dissipate heat, while providing ambient air flow for better, deeper sleep. Our Performance® fabrics are engineered to never stick to you, facilitating air circulation without trapping heat, so that you can more easily regulate your body temperature and sleep in greater comfort. Our soft, conforming materials move with you throughout the night, without pull or resistance.

What is a Powerband®?

A Powerband® is a wide-width elastic compression band that wraps around our pillowcases, fitted sheets, crib sheets, and select mattress protectors. It will provide a secure fit and grip on your mattress with no baggy sides or bunching, with the maximum degree of flex and recovery for use with power bases.

Will your sheets and mattress protectors fit my extra-deep or pillow top mattress?
Yes, our mattress protectors and sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 50cm high. All products that feature our Powerband® secure fit & grip work great with power bases!
How high are the pillows?

Our pillows range in height to support different sleep positions and body types. Most of our pillows have a 5cm Air-X® ventilated panel. The ventilated panel runs around all four sides of the pillows for maximum airflow. To find the right pillow fit for you, please visit our Interactive Pillow ID® or find a retailer near you.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
What does the warranty cover?

Our Performance warranty covers manufacturer's defects in the construction of the products.

If you bought an extended warranty mattress protector, purchased together with a mattress, go to https://www.bedgear.com/au/contact for additional information.

All cases where the care instructions included with the product are not followed will void your warranty.

How do I file an Extended Warranty claim?
